چکیده مقاله :
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر ساختاری سبک دلبستگی و ترومای کودکی درخانواده بر اعتیاد به اینترنت با میانجیگری تنظیم شناختی هیجان بود. روش: روش پژوهشی حاضر از نوع همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود و 251 دانشآموز دختر 12 تا 18 ساله در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای سبک دلبستگی سیمپسون، ترومای کودکی برنستاین، اعتیاد به اینترنت یانگ و پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان گرانفسکی و همکاران بودند. تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزارهای SPSS 25 و Smart PLS 3 انجام شد. یافتهها: سبک دلبستگی ناایمن و ترومای کودکی با اعتیاد به اینترنت ارتباط مثبت و معناداری دارند. همچنین، تنظیم شناختی هیجان منفی و مثبت بهعنوان متغیر میانجی در این روابط نقش دارد. بحث و نتیجهگیری: این یافتهها با نظریه دلبستگی بالبی همخوانی دارند و بر اهمیت مداخلات روانشناختی برای تقویت دلبستگی ایمن و بهبود تنظیم شناختی هیجان در پیشگیری و درمان اعتیاد به اینترنت تأکید میکنند. بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود در مداخلات بالینی این موارد مورد اهمیت قرار داده شود.
چکیده انگلیسی :
structural effect of attachment style and childhood trauma within the family on Internet addiction, with cognitive emotion regulation as a mediating factor. Method: This research employed a correlational design based on structural equation modeling. A total of 251 female students aged 12 to 18 were selected through cluster random sampling in the 1402–1403 academic year. The research instruments included the Simpson Attachment Style Questionnaire, Bernstein Childhood Trauma Questionnaire, Young Internet Addiction Test, and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire by Garnefski et al. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25 and Smart PLS 3. Findings: Insecure attachment style and childhood trauma were positively and significantly associated with Internet addiction. Moreover, both negative and positive cognitive emotion regulation functioned as mediating variables in these relationships. Discussion and Conclusion: These findings are consistent with Bowlby’s attachment theory and underscore the importance of psychological interventions aimed at strengthening secure attachment and improving cognitive emotion regulation for the prevention and treatment of Internet addiction. It is therefore recommended that these factors be emphasized in clinical interventions.in the prevention and treatment of Internet addiction.
