رابطه بین سبک¬های دلبستگی ناایمن و بی¬ثباتی ازدواج: نقش میانجی¬ هم¬وابستگی و تحریف شناختی

چکیده مقاله :

 ازدواج به عنوان یک تصمیم مهم در جهت تشکیل خانواده می‏تواند تحت­ تاثیر عوامل مختلف به سمت از هم پاشیدگی و بی‏ثباتی حرکت کند. به واسطه اهمیت این موضوع هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش میانجی هم­وابستگی و تحریف­ شناختی در رابطه بین سبک­های دلبستگی ناایمن و بی­ثباتی ازدواج در افراد متأهل بود. روش این پژوهش همبستگی با استفاده از معادلات­ساختاری بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمام افراد متأهل شهر یزد در سال 1400 بودند که از میان آن­ها 270 فرد متأهل (207 زن و 63 مرد) به روش نمونه­گیری­دردسترس انتخاب شدند و با تکمیل پرسشنامه بی­ثباتی­ازدواج­ (MII)، پرسشنامه سبک­دلبستگی­بزرگسال(RAAS)، مقیاس هم­وابستگی هالیوک (HCI) و پرسشنامه تحریف­های شناختی در پژوهش شرکت کردند. همچنین در نهایت داده­ها با استفاده از نرم­افزارهای Amos 24  و SPSS 23 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته­ها نشان دادند، تحریف شناختی نتوانست نقش میانجی را در رابطه بین سبک­های دلبستگی اجتنابی و اضطرابی با بی­ثباتی ازدواج ایفا کند. این در حالی بود که هم­وابستگی توانست نقش میانجی را در رابطه بین سبکهای دلبستگی اضطرابی و اجتنابی با بی­ثباتی ازدواج ایفا کند. لذا می­توان نتیجه­گرفت، سازه هم­وابستگی در افرادی که دارای سبک­دلبستگی اجتنابی و اضطرابی هستند عاملی موثر در بی­ثبات شدن رابطه زوجی آن­ها است و لازم است زوجین و همچنین زوج­درمانگران به این مهم توجه کافی داشته باشند.

Marriage, as a significant decision towards family formation, can be influenced by various factors leading to disintegration and instability. Given the importance of this issue, the aim of this study was to examine the mediating roles of co-dependence and cognitive distortion in the relationship between insecure attachment styles and marital instability among married individuals. The research utilized a correlational methodology through structural equation modeling. The study population comprised all married individuals in Yazd in the year 1400 (Persian calendar). From this population, 270 married individuals (207 women and 63 men) were selected using a convenience sampling method. Participants completed the Marital Instability Index (MII), the Adult Attachment Scale (RAAS), the Holyoke Co-dependence Scale (HCI), and a Cognitive Distortion Questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using Amos 24 and SPSS 23 software. The findings revealed that cognitive distortion did not mediate the relationship between avoidant and anxious attachment styles and marital instability. However, co-dependence was found to mediate the relationship between anxious and avoidant attachment styles and marital instability. Thus, it can be concluded that co-dependence is a significant factor contributing to the instability of marital relationships among individuals with avoidant and anxious attachment styles. This highlights the importance for couples and couple therapists to give adequate attention to this construct in therapeutic settings.
