Burnout is a psychological syndrome of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. This study evaluted this syndrome in specialist and residents working in Imam Hossein center in Covid wards and other wards. Maslash Burnout Inventory survey including 22 items in three general scales including emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment was used. Data were analyzed in SPSS with Shapiro-Wilk test, Independent T- Test, and Mann–Whitney U test. In this study, 78 physicians participated. Irrespective of working in Covid ward, emotional exhaustion was 23.1%, depersonalization was 28.2%, and reduced personal accomplishment was 66.7%. Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in level 1-2 residents were significantly more than higher levels, but, personal accomplishment was the same in all levels. The only parameter that was significantly different between Covid wards and other wards was reduced personal accomplishment (P value=0.041) and this was again significant different in participants who did not have children (P. Value= 0.021). There was not any difference in other variables. It was revealed that age under 40 years, female gender, nulliparity, and being resident were related with more burnout syndrome. In participants who were younger than 40-year-old burnout syndrome was more common in all three scales. Manuscript profile

The statistical population of the present study consisted of all men who suffered from the problem of decreased libido and for this purpose, they referred to medical centers in Tabriz city and received the diagnosis of decreased libido disorder. The research sample included 30 men who had the problem of decreased sexual desire and were randomly selected in three groups including the first experimental group (tDCS), the second experimental group (CBT) and the control group. Halbert's test was used to collect data. Single-variable covariance analysis was used for statistical analysis using SPSS-26 software. The results of the analysis showed that both treatment methods are effective in the dependent variable (decrease of sexual desire disorder). Manuscript profile

This study has been done with aim of effectiveness trans diagnostic therapy based on emotion efficiency, cardio-vascular reaction, sleep quality and psychological flexibility of the prisoners with PTSD. The research method was semi-exprimental with pre-test, post-test and the control group with monthly period follow-up. The statistical population included all patients referred to Sadr psychiatry hospital in Tehran in the years 1400-1401, from which 30 people were selected in an accessible and purposeful manner and randomly assigned to exprimental (n=15) and control (n=15) groups In order to gathering data, efficiency emotion scale (EES-2), depression scale, anxiety and stress (DASS-21), psychological flexibility form and Pitesbourg sleep quality index (PSQI) and estimate vital signs by pressure gauge device were used Data were analysed using repeated measures analysis of variance The result of analysis showed that, there was significant difference between the exprimental group and control group in terms of dependent variable in pre-test phase towards post-test in monthly period follow-up The examination of the follow-up periods showed that, there was no significant difference between monthly follow-up and post-test periods. The presistence of the treatment effect over time and a month after end of meetings From the above findings, it can be concluded that, transdiagnostic therapy based on emotion efficiency has been a remarkable effect on decrease of depression, anxiety, stress and cardio vascular reaction signs and less effectiveness in psychological flexibility. Sexual dysfunction is often accompanied by emotional imbalance, diminished psychological and sexual self-esteem. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of compassion-based psychotherapy on self-awareness and sexual self-esteem of women with sexual dysfunction symptoms. A semi- experimental research design with pre-test, post-test, and follow-up measurements was employed. The study population consisted of married women with sexual dysfunction who sought counseling in the family counselling centers in Tehran between January 2023 to April 2023. The research sample included 30 women with sexual dysfunction who were purposefully selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and randomly assigned to two groups: experimental(15 participants) and control (15 participants). Data were collected using the Female Sexual Function Index, the short form of the Sexual Self-Esteem Scale, and the Self-Compassion Scale. The experimental group received 12 sessions of 90-minute compassion-based psychotherapy, while the control group did not receive any treatment. Data were analyzed using SPSS 24 software through repeated measures analysis of variance and Bonferroni post- hoc test. The results of repeated measures analysis of variance revealed significant differences between post-test and follow-up measurements of the experimental and control groups in sexual self-esteem and self-awareness scores (p ≤ 0.001). The therapeutic effects were maintained during the 3-month follow- up. Based on the findings, compassion-based psychotherapy was found to be effective in enhancing self- awareness and sexual self-esteem of women with sexual dysfunction symptoms. Therefore, further research is recommended to explore the efficacy of this approach and compare it with other evidence- based treatments in larger samples. Manuscript profile

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of combined compassion-focused therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy on Adherence to treatment and Parenting Stress in mothers of autistic children in Khomeinishahr city in 2023. The research was semi-experimental in the form of pre-test-post-test with a control group. In this research, the purposeful sampling method was used, and from the statistical population, which consisted of all mothers with autistic children in Khomeinishahr, whose children were being educated at the Sarai Pakan center, 30 people were selected based on the inclusion criteria and randomly replaced in two experimental and control groups. The tools were Parental Stress Questionnaire (PSI) (Abidin, 2018) and Adherence to treatment Questionnaire (Madanlu, 2012). After the pre-test, the experimental group was trained in 10 sessions of 90 minutes. Then, both groups were re-evaluated; The results were analyzed with spss software and covariance method. The results showed that the implemented treatment had an effect on the Adherence to treatment and parental tension in the post-test stage and the changes in the experimental group were statistically significant compared to the control group. (P<0.05) Also, the treatment was effective on the components of adherence to the treatment, integration with life, commitment to treatment and resourcefulness in the implementation of the treatment, and also on the components of parental stress, except relations with spouse, competence, depression, social isolation and reinforcement have been significant.
