The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of positive mindfulness training program on stress response and depression symptoms in male adolescents with depression symptoms in Isfahan. The current research was a quasi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test and follow-up and a control group. A total of 40 students were selected from second grade high school male students in Isfahan during the academic year 2016-2017, based on the inclusion criteria and multi-stage cluster sampling procedures. The experimental group received positive mindfulness program for 8 sessions of 90 minutes. Subjects were evaluated by Stress Response Inventory (Kuh Park, Kim & Chow, 2001) and Beck Depression Inventory-Second Edition (Beck, Stear & Brown, 1996). Data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance analysis. The results showed the effect of positive mindfulness training on stress response and depression symptoms in post-test and follow up stages (p <0.01). Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the structural relationships between sport mindfulness and competitive anxiety regarding mediating role of emotion regulation strategies. This research is descriptive and correlational. Two hundred volunteers from different athlete from different teams and individuals participated in this research. Three questionnaires including sports mindfulness (Thienot et al 2014), Cognitive Emotional regulation (Garnefski et al 2002) and Competitive Anxiety (Cox et al 2003) were used for data collection. Data were analyzed by the structural equation modeling method using Smart PLS 2.0 software. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between sports mindfulness with competitive anxiety of athletes. Also, the sport mindfulness through adaptive strategies of emotional regulation had a significant relationship with competitive anxiety of athletes. Overall, the findings of this study showed that special attention to the sport mindfulness is important. Because the sport mindfulness is not only directly, but indirectly could reduce the competitive anxiety of athletes by the increasing use of adaptive strategies of emotional regulation as a mediator variable. This structure has been defined in psychological research, and has been integrated into various therapeutic approaches. The present study aimed to explain the mindfulness with due attention to emotion regulation and Behavioral Inhibition/Activation Systems among university students. The statistical population of this study is all university students of Bu-Ali Sina University in Hamadan in the academic year 2019-2018. 373 subjects were selected by Convenience sampling method sampling method. Students completed Fariburg mindfulness questionnaire, Caro & White behavioral inhibition / activation systems questionnaire, and Gross & John Emotion regulation Strategies Questionnaire. Pearson correlation and Structural equation modeling were used for data analysis were used To analyze the data. The results showed that behavioral inhibition system has a direct negative effect on Mindfulness(P<0/01). The behavioral activation system has a direct positive effect on mindfulness(P <0.01). Reassessment of excitement has a direct positive effect on mindfulness (P <0.01). Emotional suppression has a direct negative effect on Mindfulness. (P <0/01). According to the findings, it can be concluded that behavioral activation inhibitory system and re-evaluation and Emotional suppression are variables that determine levels of mindfulness. Objective child eating problems, as one of the important factors that affect the development and performance of the person, is affected by many environmental and relational factors including mother psychological component and child emotion regulation. The main purpose of this study was to develop the modelling of child emotional eating based on attachment style, mindfulness eating, and mother beliefs with mediating role of child emotion regulation. Method: The participants of this study were 250, 11-12 year students (100 male and 150 female) studding in Urmia schools with their mothers. Mothers completed the attachment style, mindfulness eating and mother beliefs questionnaires and children completed emotional eating and emotion regulation questionnaires. Results: The results of the data analysis with SPSS and Lisrel revealed that due to attachment style, mindfulness eating, mother beliefs and child emotion regulation can significantly predict child emotional eating. The Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA = 0.016) and the Comparative Fit Index (CFI = 0.95) were optimal. Conclusion: This model determines that mother and child components affected child emotional eating and these elements should be taken into consideration in dealing with the causes and treating child emotional eating. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between child characteristics (behavioral problems and social skills) with the psychological well-being of mothers of students with intellectual disabilities with the mediating role of maternal mindfulness. The study was a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population included students with intellectual disabilities in primary schools with intellectual disability in Golestan province, in the academic year 2019-2020, and their mothers. 298 students (out of 878 students) were selected by cluster sampling. The instruments used in the study were: The Children,s The Rutter Children,s behavior questionnaire (1967), Matson’s social skills scale (1983), Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (2006), and Ryff Psychological Wellbeing Scale (1980). Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation test and structural equation modeling, using SPSS23 and AMOS23 statistical software. The results showed a significant positive correlation between social skills and mindfulness with psychological well-being. There was also a significant negative correlation between behavioral problems and psychological well-being. In addition, the mediating role of mindfulness in the relationship between child characteristics (behavioral problems and social skills) with psychological well-being was confirmed (P <0.01). From the research findings, it is inferred that by reducing the behavioral problems and increasing the social skills of students in schools, it is possible to improve the psychological well-being of their mothers. Test Anxiety Questionnaire, Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, psychological flexibility questionnaire and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale were completed, as the pre-test, by both groups, and after nine test anxiety training sessions, were given again to the groups, as the post-test. The data were analyzed by one-way ANCOVA. The results indicated that test anxiety training is effective to improve psychological flexibility and resilience, but no significant effect was observed on mindfulness. These findings have implicit applications for teachers and educators. Manuscript profile
