Current study aims to review mediating role of occupational burnout in relationship between structural empowermenet, & organizational citizenship behavior. For this purpose, …. employees of the nursing office subset related to the clinical section were selected by stratified random sampling method, & they responded to standard questionnaires such as Conditions of Work Effectiveness Questionnaire –II, organizational citizenship behavior, & occupational burnout. Structural equation modeling was used, & the results of analyzing data indicated that there was a meaningful, & negative relationship between¬ structural empowermenet, & occupational burnout, & between occupational burnout, & organizational citizenship behavior, there was a meaningful, & positive relationship between¬ structural empowermenet, & organizational citizenship behavior. Also, meaningful relationship between structural empowermenet, & organizational citizenship behavior mediated by occupational burnout was obtained. The results of structural equation modeling suggests that the model fitted the data, with regard to these findings. It can be said that occupational burnout has a mediating role in the relationship between structural empowermenet, & organizational citizenship behavior. Accordingly, with regard to such variables as structural empowermenet, & decrease of occupational burnout, the rate of employees’ organizational citizenship behavior could be increased. The current study was aimed at investigating the effect of authentic leadership on burnout through mediation role of areas of worklife and occupational coping self- efficacy. The population of this research was all employees of a public company affiliated to the Ministry of Power. To reach this aim, 325 employees were selected through stratified random sampling. The instruments being applied in the study consisted of Authentic Leadership Inventory (ALI) (Walumbwa et al 2008), Areas of Worklife Scale (Leiter and Maslach), Occupational Coping Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (Peasanti et al), and Burnout Inventory (Maslach and Jackson). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with SPSS 21 and AMOS 21 softwares and Bootstrap method was utilized to test the mediation effects. Results indicated that the hypothesized model of research were fited to data. The results also supported the role of mediation of areas of work life and occupational coping self-efficacy between authentic leadership and burnout. Manuscript profile

In the current paper, two independent studies have been reported. The purpose of first study was to investigate the relationship between job motivation and job burnout characteristics via structural equation modeling. To this purpose, 377 Personnels of the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company in Isfahan selected via stratified random sampling method. Measures of the study were: Warr and Inseoglu Job Motivation Characteristics Inventory (2012) and Maslach and Jackson (1981) Maslach Job Burnout Inventory. The results of the research, while introducing a different non-linear relationship, AD and CE, showed that the nonlinear model was superior to the linear model. The aim of the second study was to investigate the order of the motivational characteristics of the job according to the underlying variables. To this end, 984 employees of the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company in Isfahan who were selected via stratified random sampling method, responded to the Warr and Inseoglu (2012) questionnaire. The results of the study showed the importance of the nonlinear nature of the job motivation variables in terms of the latent variables in the Threston model. Based on two different categories of motivations (AD and CE), it is advisable to make interventions to reduce burnout and also to repeat the research with the job stress variable. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to investigated the mediating role of occupational burnout in relationship between structural empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior. The sample of study was 291 employees of a hospital who were selected using stratified random sampling. For investigating the correlation these standard questionnaires were used: Conditions of Work Effectiveness–II, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Occupational Burnout. And for analyzing data, Structural equation modeling was used. The results of analyzing data showed that there was a significant and negative relationship between occupational burnout and structural empowerment. Also significant relationship between structural empowerment and occupational burnout with organizational citizenship behavior was obtained. The results of structural equation modeling suggests that the model fitted the data. With regard to these findings, it can be said that occupational burnout has a mediating role in the relationship between structural empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior. Accordingly, with regard to variables such as structural empowerment and decrease of occupational burnout, the rate of employees’ organizational citizenship behavior could be increased. Burnout is a psychological syndrome of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. This study evaluted this syndrome in specialist and residents working in Imam Hossein center in Covid wards and other wards. Maslash Burnout Inventory survey including 22 items in three general scales including emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment was used. Data were analyzed in SPSS with Shapiro-Wilk test, Independent T- Test, and Mann–Whitney U test. In this study, 78 physicians participated. Irrespective of working in Covid ward, emotional exhaustion was 23.1%, depersonalization was 28.2%, and reduced personal accomplishment was 66.7%. Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in level 1-2 residents were significantly more than higher levels, but, personal accomplishment was the same in all levels. The only parameter that was significantly different between Covid wards and other wards was reduced personal accomplishment (P value=0.041) and this was again significant different in participants who did not have children (P. Value= 0.021). There was not any difference in other variables. It was revealed that age under 40 years, female gender, nulliparity, and being resident were related with more burnout syndrome. In participants who were younger than 40-year-old burnout syndrome was more common in all three scales. Manuscript profile
